Band 6 Community Nurse - Out of Hours Up to £37,267 plus NHS Pension Surrey Heath and Farnham Hours: FT / PT An exciting opportunity has arisen to joina new service delivering care in peoples homes Out of Hours, working 8pm until 8am. You will join theOut of hours GP and ANP teamas well as the Reablement Social Care Team. You will be a current Band 6 Nurse, have your 1st level registration and have experience of staff management with the ability to work on your own initiative, with access to your own car. Based primarily inFrimley Park Hospital you will be caring for people in the Surrey Heath and Farnham area in their own homes,as well as workingin partnershipwith the North East Hampshire team and supporting them as necessary. You could receive an additional one-off payment of up to £2,000 as a welcome to our service – a Golden Hello from us, to you.
