City Health Care Partnership CIC (CHCP) is looking to recruit enthusiastic and self-motivated registered nurses, including newly qualified nurses for the position of Community Staff Nurse. We offer services across Hull and the East Riding of Yorkshire and aim to work with candidates to match our opportunities to the nurses own career aspirations. The Community Nursing Team provides nursing care to patients in their own homes. The East Riding teams also deliver care in Treatment Rooms within Health Centre settings as part of their role. We have full and part time posts in both Hull and East Riding Community Nursing Services. In the West Hull and Haltemprice Locality which incorporates the teams based in Priory Park and Hessle. In the East Hull and Holderness Locality which incorporates the teams based in Longhill Health Centre and Withernsea / Hornsea. Previous experience of community nursing is not essential and each successful candidate will have a named mentor and an individually tailored development plan.
